This is a beautiful Noritake hand painted porcelain lamp. This does have an electrical cord, but it is very damaged and not usable. Someone would need to install a new cord. The mark on this dates it after WWI and likely after 1921. This piece has a base color of yellow and is painted with a house and pond scene with a swan and a tree in bloom. This piece does not have any chips or cracks.
